According to BMI, I am a light obesity type of person. Previously, I have been asked my friend who is a doctor. He said that when I saw your body shape I can tell that might be you have a thicker or we can say 'a big' bone rather that normal people. Therefore, BMI cannot cover your measurement for being healthy.

However, doing exercise is the best way for our health and also balance and high nutrition food!
